By accessing, registering with, or using the tt789 platform (including the website located at https://tt789.cam and any related mobile applications or services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "You", or "Your") and tt789 (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of tt789 services and refrain from creating an account.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the tt789 website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. Continued use of tt789 services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Material amendments to these terms will be highlighted on our platform and communicated via email to registered users where feasible.

To use tt789 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these requirements constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of account registration. tt789 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in accordance with Indonesian legal standards and responsible gaming best practices. You agree to provide accurate proof of age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Any attempt to circumvent age verification, including the use of falsified documents or misrepresentation of date of birth, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional). Our services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and may not be available to residents of other jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of tt789 services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your place of residence.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts will be forfeited.
The following individuals are prohibited from using tt789 services: (a) employees of tt789 or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of tt789 employees; (c) game providers, payment processors, or other business partners of tt789 and their immediate family members; (d) individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from tt789 or any other online gaming platform; (e) individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
Important Notice: tt789 is committed to preventing underage gambling and enforcing responsible gaming standards. All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification. Players who cannot provide valid proof of age and identity will have their accounts suspended until verification is completed.
To create a tt789 Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information including: (a) full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP); (b) valid email address; (c) mobile phone number; (d) date of birth; (e) residential address in Indonesia. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
tt789 employs a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit the following documents: (a) clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP Nasional) showing your full name, photo, date of birth, and ID number; (b) proof of address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months; (c) selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face for identity confirmation.
Verification processing typically takes between one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. Accounts that remain unverified after thirty (30) days may be subject to restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges. All submitted documents are stored securely using bank-level encryption and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify tt789 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. tt789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination: (a) sharing or transferring your account credentials to any third party; (b) allowing another individual to access or use your Account; (c) using your Account for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose; (d) engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating; (e) exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage; (f) using automated betting software, bots, or other artificial intelligence tools without explicit written permission from tt789.
tt789 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking institutions: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other approved local banks. All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Most deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds. Deposits via smaller banks or alternative payment methods may take one (1) to fifteen (15) minutes. tt789 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
If you do not see deposited funds reflected in your Account balance within thirty (30) minutes, please contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number and proof of payment. tt789 will investigate all deposit discrepancies and resolve them within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior communication with tt789 support may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in your own legal name matching the name on your verified tt789 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering compliance.
Verified accounts enjoy same-day withdrawal processing for amounts up to Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah). All withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB) on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays) are processed the same day. Requests submitted after 15:00 WIB or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day. Larger withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require one (1) to three (3) business days for additional security verification.
tt789 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits are tiered based on your VIP membership level: Silver tier up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, Gold tier up to Rp 100.000.000 per transaction, Black Diamond tier up to Rp 250.000.000 per transaction.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. For example, a deposit of Rp 1.000.000 must generate at least Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers across any games or sports bets before the deposited amount and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to Real Balance funds only and is separate from bonus wagering requirements.
tt789 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming any bonus. Bonus funds are held separately from your Real Balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus requires Rp 17.500.000 in total wagers before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting contributes 50%. Table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat contribute 5% to wagering requirements.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion with other players, or irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. tt789 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and suspend accounts engaging in bonus abuse. Players found in violation may be permanently banned from all future promotions.
All players must conduct themselves with integrity and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors or glitches, and any other form of unfair advantage-seeking is strictly prohibited. tt789 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity. Accounts found in violation will be closed, funds confiscated, and legal action may be pursued where appropriate.
All games offered on tt789 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Each game is subject to the provider's own terms and rules, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the decision of the game provider is final and binding.
All sports bets placed on tt789 are subject to our Sportsbook Rules, which govern bet settlement, void bets, postponed/abandoned matches, and dispute resolution. For football betting (bandar bola), including popular markets such as Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator bets), specific rules apply regarding extra time, penalties, and abandoned matches. Full Sportsbook Rules are available on the tt789 website and form part of this Agreement.
tt789 reserves the right to set, adjust, or remove betting limits on any game or market at any time. We may restrict or refuse any bet at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other irregular activity. Maximum win limits apply to certain games and may be adjusted based on your VIP tier and playing history.
While tt789 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without disruption. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. tt789 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from service interruptions, provided we have taken reasonable steps to minimize disruption and notify users where possible.
The tt789 platform and all games, services, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. tt789 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, odds, game outcomes, or information provided through the platform. All implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In no event shall tt789, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if tt789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
tt789 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; (d) you are engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or other unfair practices; (e) required by law or regulatory authorities; (f) for your own protection or the protection of other users.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Balance funds. Bonus funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. tt789 will process your closure request within forty-eight (48) hours and confirm via email when closure is complete.
Upon termination of your Account by tt789 for breach of this Agreement, any remaining Real Balance will be forfeited if the breach involves fraud, collusion, or other serious misconduct. For less serious breaches, tt789 may, at its sole discretion, allow withdrawal of Real Balance after deduction of any amounts owed to tt789. All bonus funds and pending bonuses will be immediately voided. Terminated players are permanently banned from creating new accounts or using tt789 services under any identity.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tt789 is licensed and regulated. Indonesian players acknowledge that online gaming regulations may vary by jurisdiction and agree to comply with all applicable local laws.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of tt789 services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to participate in good faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against tt789.
